Join our band of Mile High 360 supporters on Saturday, June 6th to ride in support of Mile High 360's students. There are two ride options: Option 1: Join Alison Jones in Zwift and ride the 2012 Paralympic Road Time Trial Course with 50 of Mile High 360's supporters. Option 2: Get out on your own and ride to the top of Lookout Mt. Everyone should get to the top at some point!

Rider Spotlight

Allison Jones
Allison Jones

A native of Colorado Springs, Allison Jones is a double-threat Paralympian (2002, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 in cycling and alpine skiing) and eight-time Paralympic medalist (2 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze). Allison started skiing and cycling at age five and was competing on the international stage by 2002, the year she graduated from Middle Park High School. A true scholar-athlete, Allison attended Denver University and majored in engineering; in 2007, she was awarded DU’s highest undergraduate honor, the Pioneer Award. Allison retired from competitive athletics at the end of the 2017 season and moved to Oregon, where she is an engineer with DWFritz Automation. She Joined Mile High 360’s Board of Directors in January 2020 and is looking forward to leading Mile High 360 supporters on Zwift’s version of the London 2012 cycling course.

Michael Carter
Michael Carter

Born in 1963 and a Denver native, Michael Carter can still ride with the best. In fact, while his professional cycling days are behind him, he is still an active amateur racer. During his professional career, which spanned 22 years of active racing, Michael rode for a number of teams. But,it was with the Motorola team in 1991 that he raced in the Tour de France. During that 22-year span of racing, Michael piled up some impressive results: 1st Overall Cascade Cycling Classic, 3rd Overall Tour de Romandie, 3rd Overall Ruta Mexico, 2nd Overall Tour de Korea, and the list goes on. He is a gentleman on and off the bike but don’t expect him to let you out sprint him, even on this fun ride.

Caroline Mani
Caroline Mani

Born in 1987, Caroline is a cyclo-cross professional who, like so many professional athletes, has weathered the storms of being a professional athlete that have significant ups and dizzying downs. Nicknamed “The Animal,” Caroline is known for her tenacity and courage on the course, which translated into a Silver medal at the 2016 UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships. What makes Caroline so special? She shares her racing experiences with fellow riders, helping them to be more successful. Come join us and Caroline is likely to share some tips with you.

Greg Daniels
Greg Daniels

A Denver native, Greg won the 2016 US Pro National Road Title at age 22. During his professional career, Greg won the Mountains Classification at the 2015 Tour of Utah, the Overall Classification at 2016 Tour de Beauce and the Mount Evan Hill Climb.  Greg spent the 2017 and 2018 seasons racing for Trek-Segafredo.  When Greg isn’t racing, he coaching upcoming cyclists, where he shares his wealth of knowledge and experience racing at the top tier of professional cycling. This will be the perfect time to get a little insight into how you might be able to up your cycling game.

Mari Holden
Mari Holden

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mari started her cycling career as a high school athlete interested in triathlons. It wasn’t until 1992 that she made cycling her profession of choice and it didn’t take long for Mari to make a mark; she won back-to-back individual time trial championships in 1995 and 1996. In 2000, Mari earned a silver medal in the individual time trial at the Summer Olympics and she followed that up with a World Time Trial Championship a few weeks later. Mari also won the Mountains Classification for the Women's Giro in 2001 and is the first female to win three consecutive National Titles.  In 2016, Mari was inducted into the US National Bicycle Hall of Fame as a Modern Road and Track Competitor.  Mari is currently the US Women's Road National Team Coach, for USA Cycling. Come on out and join Mari and MH360 for a day of riding, learning, and socializing.

Lucas Clark
Lucas Clark

Born in Portland, Oregon, Lucas is a self-described outdoor enthusiast who is in love with cycling and his family life. Cycling found Lucas late in life. Lucas attended the University of Colorado and it wasn’t until after graduation that he became a road and track cyclist. Lucas started racing bikes in 2007 with a goal to race at the elite level. He achieved that goal by winning multiple Masters World Titles on the velodrome and a silver medal at Elite Track Nationals in the Team Pursuit.  Lucas’s love of cycling and of life will be evident on our ride. And, if you are lucky, he might just ride with you for a bit and ask why you love cycling so much.
