During the fall semester, Impact360 high school students have toured three university campuses to spark interest in collegiate pathways after high school. Visiting Colorado State University in Fort Collins, two Impact360 post-secondary students, Jessica Gamez and Victor Gaytan-Marin, gave our high school students a tour of the campus and an insider's’ perspective to college life.
In October, we visited Colorado State University, Pueblo, where many students were interested in the dynamic programs the school offers.
Integrating the cycling and squash high school students together, we visited the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in November, where students were interested by the Bachelors of Innovation that is unique to the school.
Many of our seniors have applied to these three universities, so they received a more complete understanding of the university culture and campus life. Our younger students have started their ideal college lists from the schools we have visited. With these informative trips, they are more clearly able to imagine a future after high school.
